America & Asia - DHL International - Shipping costs 45€
Duration: 5-12 business days

Fast processing
We will process your order as soon as possible. Please note that orders received over the weekend or an (official) holiday will be processed on the first subsequent working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this time window, we will notify you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes (product, size, color, shipping address).

Shipping with Hermes
With Hermes as your delivery partner, you can have your parcel delivered to your preferred address or to a Hermes ParcelShop.

If you choose a Hermes ParcelShop, you can enter your cell phone number. In this case we will send you an SMS to inform you that your delivery has been made. If no mobile phone number is given, we will send a delivery confirmation by e-mail informing you that you can pick up your parcel from the desired Hermes ParcelShop.
Hermes currently offers a nationwide network of 14,000 ParcelShops.

We only deliver your orders to the mainland of all countries we ship to.

Please note that each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like a gift to be shipped to a different address, please place a separate order for each address.


track order
You can find the tracking number for your order in the shipping confirmation that we send you by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

damaged delivery
Every order is carefully checked by us before it leaves our warehouse.

Before accepting your delivery, you should check the box and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

It is normal for the box to show signs of wear. However, if the damage is significant, we ask that you proceed as follows:

  • If the damage is only minor, please accept the package but make a note of the damage on the receipt, which you then sign and date.
  • If the box is badly damaged, you can refuse your order. In this case please contact us at shop@johnmoni.com.


In this case, we will do our best to refund you the purchase amount as soon as possible after your shipment has been received back at our warehouse.

Your order will be canceled and you can place a new order.

If you find any damage after accepting your shipment, you can return your package using the return labels.
